Who we are

Petcare is built by Cognition Sync. This notice covers the early access list on this site.

What we collect when you join

• Your email address.
• Whether you joined as a dog owner or a business.
• If you choose to tell us: your dog’s name, or your business name and type.
• The page that brought you here: the referring site and any campaign tags in the link.
• A one way hash of your IP address and your browser’s description, used only to stop abuse. We never store the IP address itself.

Why

To email you about Petcare early access and its launch, and to learn which channels bring people to us. The legal basis in the UK and EU is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising. This site sets no cookies and loads no third party trackers.

Where it is kept and for how long

On our own server, until you ask us to delete it or we close the early access list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form at cognitionsync.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page and its date.
